Feelings of grief can be experienced after we lose someone important to us. The thing to understand is that the grief you experience in these situations is not an illness - it is a normal human response and it takes time to adjust.

I’ve spent hundreds of hours with clients experiencing grief and loss and it is often small things—such as sitting and listening—that help.
