As psychologists, our primary goal is to help our clients which is most often in a one-on-one setting. But what happens if your client is running late to their first appointment because they can’t locate your office?

To ease this common hurdle, we utilise a system that allows our reception staff to easily send an SMS to the client with a map to our office. Instead of explaining landmarks, this system helps our clients find us easily by simply following the map on their phone. This saves time for both the client and our team :)

This is one of the many systems we have in place at Strategic Psychology to minimise hassle for clients, and in turn make best use of our teams time. If you have any other helpful tools that you use in your practice, I’d love to hear about it!
