How to de-stress for an exam

 

In psychology, stress is a feeling of strain and pressure. Stress is a natural feeling and small amounts may be desired, beneficial, and even healthy. However when stress levels remain high for a long period of time it can have a significant impact on an individual’s physical health, mental health, personal relationships and functioning in the workplace.
