How Strategic Psychology Gets Third-Party Consent from Clients

SPECIAL NOTICE | Nesh is currently looking for registered psychologists to join the team at Strategic Psychology. See available positions

With the use of technology, we make not only our lives easier but also that of our clients. One of the automated systems we use here in Strategic Psychology is our process to get third-party consent from our clients.

We integrate technology to seamlessly reach out and ask for permission from our clients via text message. Simultaneously, they also get an email with a link to our downloadable consent forms that they can fill out. These consent forms are required to allow us to share information relating to their mental health and any associated circumstances with relevant organisations and/or persons.

In this way, we show that their confidentiality is still of utmost priority and we make sure that they feel comfortable to share their information. The automation we use does not only ensure our systems run smoothly and efficiently, but that our best practices are constantly leveraged so our team spends more time helping clients and less doing administration tasks.
